"The biggest thing I’ve gotten from SO group is the awareness that addiction is a disease, and it’s almost formulaic in how it expresses itself in relationships.  That has made me feel like less of a failure as a wife, and less responsible for my husbands behavior/choices.  It’s also helped me to stop feeling ashamed because of my husbands addiction. I consider myself blessed to have found this group."
