How do I schedule an appointment?
All clients requesting services will receive an intake by a qualified health professional. In the event an individual’s needs can be better served in an outside program, a referral to another trusted and capable facility will be provided. An initial meeting or intake will determine the type of services provided based upon the specialized needs of that individual and/or family. Please call YES at 516.799.3203 to schedule an appointment with one of our qualified health care professionals.
Will my health insurance cover services?
Most of our services are offered free of charge, while others are based on a sliding scale. That said, we take most insurances and hold to the principle that no client will be denied services based upon an inability to pay.
How long will intake take?
Intake appointments for any services related to substance use will receive an appointment within 24 hours.
Can I schedule an appointment for a friend or loved one that I am concerned about?
Parents or guardians can make an appointment for their child under the age of 17. Consultation is available if you are concerned about a loved one over the age of 18 to help connect this person to our services.
