Diverse, age-specific programs fostering personal growth and wellness through physical activities, empowering youth and young adults. Groups available for ages 8 and up! To register your child, please click the group name and you'll be taken to the registration form.

Kids Yoga - enrollment now closed
Introduce your child to the world of yoga with our engaging classes that focus on enhancing relaxation, coordination, and social skills! Mats will be provided!
Ages 7 - 10
Thursdays, 6:00 - 6:30, starting July 25th

Discover the benefits of yoga with our 45-minute sessions for teens. Join us for a journey of relaxation & reflection! Mats will be provided.

Martial Arts - enrollment now closed
Join us for a 4-week introduction to Traditional Shotokan Karate! Learn the fundamentals of Kihon, Kata, & Kumite in this non-contact class. Learn with Instructor Daniel Bachman, a Massapequa Public Schools educator and fourth degree black belt.
*This is not a self-defense class

A 6-week group for high school-aged girls interested in strengthening their mind and body connection. Join us in discussing and bringing awareness to the importance of identifying emotions and how this can improve emotional regulation and decision-making in our everyday lives
through art, music & breathwork

An 8-week group through the BRIDGES program for young adults who are at risk for substance misuse. Join us in discussing and bringing awareness to the importance of the different dimensions of our lives. This group is aimed at promoting a healthy and positive lifestyle!

Active Parenting for Elementary Aged Children
A 6-week virtual, evidence based program for parent of elementary school children designed to improve overall family functioning by identifying the following: styles of parenting, effective communication skills, better methods of discipline, how to diffuse power struggles, understanding children’s behavior, stimulating independence and encouraging development of responsibility, courage and other character traits.

Active Parenting for Parents of Teens
A 6-week virtual evidence based program for parents of teens designed to improve overall family functioning by identifying the following: styles of parenting, effective communication skills, better methods of discipline, how to diffuse power struggles, understanding teen behavior and how to effectively reduce risky behaviors.
