Who We Are:
YES Community Counseling Center is a non-profit, community based agency founded in 1977. Our dedicated and experienced staff are passionate social workers, mental health counselors, educators, public health, peer advocates, and medical professionals. Our organization is governed by a Board of Directors.
What We Do:
Our organization provides a wide range of counseling and services to youth and families, addiction treatment services, school-based prevention programming, youth financial literacy, community education, coalition building, and professional training.
Who We Serve:
Our counseling, prevention, and treatment programs specialize for youth, young adults, families, and those impacted by addiction. All those in need will receive assistance from our organization, regardless of income or socio-economic status. While some of our programs respond to the needs of residents in the surrounding areas of our Massapequa and Levittown locations within southeastern and central Nassau County, our specialty programs, including our addiction treatment services, young adult program, and youth financial literacy program, serve individuals across Long Island.
How We Do It:
YES is funded by various federal, state, county, town, and private grants. As a non-profit organization, we also rely upon the generous donorship of those who believe in our mission.
